Basic Orientation is designed to get you prepared for entering our main CrossFit classes. BO will cover all the complex movements performed in class allowing ample time to critique and perfect each movement. We will cover everything from the CrossFit methodology, basic and complex CrossFit movements to nutrition, rest and mobility. In a small group setting, you and your coach will work closely so you are comfortable and confident you can perform the foundational movements of CrossFit.
BRCF offers BO Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 7am and 7pm. Each session is an hour-long class for a total of 4 sessions. Once you have signed up for BO you can schedule your sessions by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to get started. If you cannot make the standard class times please annotate that.
